House No 7

 

The house # 7 in our resort is owned by a Swiss businessmen and was built in 2003 and expensively decorated to his liking. The total living area is about 120 sqm.

In front of the house is a large covered veranda with ceiling fan and a Thy style rattan seating group.

 The ground floor consists of a living room, with a generous seating and relaxation arrangement, a bathroom with hot water shower and a kitchen. In the second floor is the large, air-conditioned bedroom with a decorative bamboo-double-bed and enough room for an additional bed. There is also a bathroom with hot water shower and WC. On the backside of the house is a balcony, accessible from the bedroom.

A built-on storage room on the backside can be used for sporting equipment or motorbikes.

Studios A and B: Construction year 2006, excellent condition.
 


The 2 studios are the left and centre one of 3 identical studios. They have a living/sleeping area of about 30 sqm, bath room ca. 4 sqm and a kitchen corner.
In front is a large covered terrace of approximately 15 sqm separated from the living area by a glass sliding wall with aluminium posts which gives the optical impression of the integration of the 2 areas.
The roof largely covers the terrace even in case of heavy rain.


Before the terrace is a garden with tropical plants.
Construction type: Massive steelconcrete masonry, roof supports with steel beams, roof covered with red tiles. The whole construction is therefore well protected against termites.
